Insurance & Financial Information

We try hard to reduce out-of-pocket expenses for our patients and maximize the insurance portion of you treatment expenses.

Our highly trained billing staff is always available to guide you though the complicated medical billing structure, answer questions and assist with insurance claim matters.

For our patients that do not have medical insurance that covers our services, we have upfront and fair pricing that does not leave you with surprise bills. We always define what you're out of pocket cost will be prior to performing any treatments.

Financial policy

  • Payment for services are due at the time services are rendered.
  • We except most PPO medical insurance plans. See list below.
  • Flexible spending allocated money is accepted.
  • Medical savings plan allocated money is accepted.
  • Payment plans are sometimes initiated on an individual basis. Note: Backup credit card is required.

The use of medical insurance

We are out of network with all insurances. If you have benefits, we often are able to determine in advance what your insurance will cover, and what your out of pocket cost may be. Oftentimes, our entire bill is covered by insurance. The insurance experts at our practice will always give an estimate of what your expenses will be prior to any treatment being performed.

Our billing department will take care of all claims submitted to insurance on your behalf. We will also follow-up and appeal on your behalf, when necessary, should there be any denials. In most circumstances, we will collect payment from your insurance company directly such that you do not need to lay out money in advance. If there is an additional balance due after the insurance processes our claim, we will invoice you. In all circumstances, we will require a credit card on file prior to performing any treatment.

Medical billing dependent on complexity

While most medical billing is straightforward, the exact amount that we bill will be based on the complexity of your situation. We will always inform you in advance of what our charges are prior to performing any diagnostic procedures or treatments.

We accept the following medical insurances

Below is a list of many popular medical insurances that we have encountered. This list is not comprehensive. Prior to being seen in our office, we always do an insurance evaluation in order to determine what cost will be covered, and what out-of-pocket costs should be expected.

If your insurance is not on the list below, we encourage you to call or email us and provider your insurance information. For all insurances, on the list below or not, we will call your insurance with specific questions about our billing. This allows us to have an accurate assessment of what is possibly covered by insurance.
